Stallone stars in this ‘rambo-esque’ role where a city cop (Marion ‘Cobra’ Cobretti) is hunting down the Night Slasher, the leader of a murderous gang of thugs terrorising the city. In their path of destruction, an innocent woman witnesses a murder and now Cobra must also protect her as he hunts down the gang leader while his thugs are always close on their trail.

Set in Detroit in the near future, the city is becoming overun by crime. The privatisation of the Police force allows for the company OCP and use near death police officer Alex Murphy as an experiment to create the perfect cop, Robocop. Robocop is a crime fighting killing machine and soon becomes the target of supervillian Boddicker, who was also responsible for his initial demise.
