The Film
For Christmas, what better film to add than an 80s action movie set in Christmas, and also my favourite action film of all time… Die Hard! Die Hard is the perfect example of an average cop caught in the wrong place in the wrong time, and the only way he can save himself and everybody else is to dig deep and go it alone. Die Hard begins with New York Cop John McClane attending his wife’s Christmas party at her new job at the Nakatomi Plaza in LA. While he is in her office unwinding after the long flight, the whole building (which is empty apart from their floor) is taken hostage by suave European terrorists. John goes unnoticed, and now its up to him to stop the terrorists and save the day!
The Clip
John McClane runs to the rooftop to try and alert the police that terrorists have taken control of Nakatomi Plaza, and in the process alerts the terrorists of his location in the tower.
